Use this page to request deletion of your Mandir Connect account and associated data.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: Delete your account inside the app

  1. Open Mandir Connect.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning, continue, type DELETE, and confirm.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email contact2kalshetty@gmail.com with the subject line Mandir Connect Account Deletion Request. Include the email address or login identifier used for your Mandir Connect account so we can locate it.

Temple admin accounts cannot be self-deleted from the in-app delete-account screen. Admin account deletion requests should be sent by email.

What Data Is Deleted

When your deletion request is completed, Mandir Connect deletes the account data associated with your user profile, including:

If you delete your account from inside the app, local app settings stored on that device are also cleared. If you request deletion by email, local data on your own device is not removed remotely; you can remove it by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage on your device.

What May Be Kept

Retention

We process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. We do not intentionally keep your deleted active account data after the deletion request is completed, except for any limited information that must be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
